The more often you listen the more benefit you get. Listen to this every day for at least a week, in work-breaks, as a passenger in a vehicle, in a quiet comfortable place at anytime during the day. Next week listen to Thinking Thin.
Every audio in this series motivates for success. Ensure you listen to them all.
