Treasure box is perfect for all ages. Listen with headphones in work breaks, as a passenger in a vehicle, or in any quiet place.
This is a good companion for the other CDs and MP3s in my hypnosis confidence series. Use two or three, mix them about, they will keep you in a great frame of mind. Come back to them often.
