My brain seems clean and clear. It feels nice, in fact 'lovely'. I havent felt like this since a yoga session nine years ago.

After a break in education of several years, I recently returned to university to complete a Masters course. I found my concentration levels to be very low, both in lectures and home reading and was very concerned that I was getting behind in my studies.

I went to see Marilyn with some reservations about hypnotherapy and can honestly say that since my sessions with her I have been able to focus at a level of which I had never previously found possible, even in my undergraduate degree. I found her to be a very kind and empathetic person with a genuine desire for me to see improvements as quickly as possible, in as few sessions as possible.

As I approached the end of my MBA, I revisited Marilyn with a desire to focus on concentrating for my dissertation. I went through a visualisation exercise during which I visualised writing up my thesis and moving on career wise after wards, including seeing myself discussing my work in the head office of a very famous company in the line of work I was hoping to get into.

Not only did I succeed in finishing my thesis, graduating with a distinction, I also managed to realise the vision by discussing career options in the very building I had visualised myself in at the time of the session.
